What you will do

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with assigned Ontario/Atlantic public sector accounts.
• Lead full sales cycles including qualifying, presentations, demos, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
• Collaborate with presales, partners, and internal teams to deliver customer success.
• Engage customers and partners strategically while maintaining Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Foster deep territory knowledge of customers, prospects, partners, and competitors.

Requirements

• Skilled communicator for discovery calls and needs analysis to qualify opportunities.
• Proficient in presenting hirify.global value proposition and competitive positioning.
• Experience leading virtual sales teams and acting as deal quarterback.
• Ability to create territory, account, and opportunity plans.
• Business travel approximately 50% yearly expected.
• Must be based in Canada (Toronto area).
