Location: Must be located in Melbourne and able to work hybrid 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary face of the company, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Influence product development by communicating customer demands and needs to the product team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to be highly independent, self-learn, and take full ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills as a team player.
