What you will do
- Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with aftermarket team to deliver exceptional after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, competition, and regional issues to inform management.
- Prepare service product offerings and calculate sales prices using company tools.
- Monitor sales activities, update CRM with reports, opportunities, and quotations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer relationships and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in vacuum or relevant industrial field.
- Excellent sales record in similar positions selling high-quality products.
- Strong forward planning, reporting, and organization skills.
- Good relationship-building and people skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English required.
- Intensive traveling.
