What you will do

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, financing, and after-sales services.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand revenue from existing and new clients, including market analysis for opportunities.
  • Manage portfolio of corporate, fleet, dealer, and key retail accounts, building long-term relationships through communication and visits.
  • Prospect new accounts, collaborate on promotions, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
  • Prepare proposals, update CRM, coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, and monitor competitors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and follow up post-delivery for repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, financing, and industry practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier1s.
  • Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable mobility solutions.
