What you will do

• Lead and scale operational workflows across equities, options, cash management, and settlements.
• Build and design scalable clearing and reconciliation processes for Futures and Prediction Markets.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize new trading capabilities and implement risk controls.
• Identify and drive high-impact automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and resiliency.
• Act as a strategic bridge between Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Treasury, and Risk teams.
• Lead high-severity incident management and develop preventative resiliency frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brokerage, clearing, futures, or capital markets operations.
• Deep expertise in trade lifecycle management, collateral, margin, and operational controls.
• Proven experience with Futures and/or Prediction Markets operational workflows.
• Experience interfacing with clearing firms, FCMs, exchanges (e.g., OCC, CME, DTCC).
• Must be based in the Americas.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data analysis.
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor, NotebookLM, or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with self-clearing brokerage infrastructure and API-first platforms.
• FINRA licenses or NFA-related exposure.
