Base pay: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Growth Analytics, and Credit to drive business outcomes.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast, reconcile, and analyze metric variances.
• Collaborate with the ML modeling team to integrate aggregated ML forecasts into financial planning.
• Establish top-line performance metrics and report realized financial performance to company executives.
• Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards for executive consumption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or data science.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling) and comfort with SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Cursor.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with merchant payments or providing analytical support to B2B sales teams.
• Interest and curiosity in building processes or models utilizing AI.
