What you will do
- Implement proactive outreach services to improve student retention and academic success.
- Monitor student performance and engagement to identify problem areas and conduct interventions.
- Resolve student concerns through coaching and prompt issue resolution to meet partnership benchmarks.
- Deliver orientation sessions and assist students in navigating online learning platforms.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls during peak periods.
- Maintain student documentation in the CRM and generate regular activity and engagement reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or student services.
- Must be a resident of Australia.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
Nice to have
- Mental Health First Aid certification.
- 2+ years of experience specifically within the higher education sector.
