What you will do

• Design comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and identified performance gaps.
• Deliver engaging onboarding experiences covering customer service skills, product knowledge, and company policies.
• Create dynamic training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
• Provide hands-on coaching and constructive feedback to new employees to enhance individual and team performance.
• Partner with HR, recruitment, and management to ensure seamless onboarding and address evolving training needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness and staying current with industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and player operations training.
• English: Exceptional written and spoken proficiency required.
• Expertise in instructional design and facilitation skills for creating interactive materials.
• Technical proficiency with e-learning development tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Malta, Philippines, Poland, or Romania.
