Salary: $68,000 – $106,000 base pay

What you will do

• Lead client launch calls and manage the hirify.global implementation process and timeline for CAS customers.
• Consult clients on best practices and configure solutions that align with their specific needs.
• Organize client close checklists and reconciliations into customized mapping documents.
• Track account metrics and KPIs to drive product adoption and optimize account performance.
• Act as an internal liaison between Setup/Implementation, Product, and Marketing departments.
• Travel up to 30% to support client engagements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of private or public accounting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strict attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• CPA or related professional accounting certification.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar month-end close software.
• Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, and G-Suite.
• Direct experience working in Client Accounting Services (CAS).
