Location: Hybrid in Chicago, US or open to relocation. Some travel (25%+) required for customer and partnerships training.

Compensation: $165,000–$185,000 base cash + 20% variable + equity

What you will do

• Lead immersive workshops and facilitate technical modeling sessions across North America
• Build lightweight starter models to demonstrate real decision impact
• Support onboarding and pre-sales enablement
• Develop repeatable training modules, playbooks, and structured product curricula
• Integrate new AI capabilities into enablement materials
• Continuously refine content based on field feedback

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in demand, supply, inventory, or network planning
• Build models, tools, frameworks, and systems
• Excited about optimization-based AI and agent-driven AI
• Comfortable leading executives while going deep technically
• Balance deep technical work with clear communication

Nice to have

• Experience with optimization or AI-driven planning tools
• Experience training enterprise customers on complex platforms
