TL;DR
Legal Engineer (AI CLM): Lead customer implementations and advise on contracting processes in 's AI platform with an accent on lifecycle management, metrics, and AI integration. Focus on designing custom workflows, handling escalations, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer success and product feedback.
Location: Only considering candidates based out of New York City, San Francisco, Chicago and their surrounding areas. Hybrid.
Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 base (SF headquarters rate; varies by location) + equity + bonus.

What you will do
- Lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Advise on best practices for contract lifecycle management via reports, metrics, and reminders.
- Design and build customers’ contracting processes in .
- Handle challenging conversations, reset expectations, and address product feedback.
- Serve as Voice of Customer, sharing feedback with Product team.
- Identify process improvements and respond to escalations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 4+ years professional service/consulting in B2B SaaS (integrations preferred)
- Based in NYC, SF, Chicago or surrounding areas
- Expertise in CLM and legal operations processes.
- AI knowledge: understanding limits, prompting expertise, tinkerer mindset.
- Ability to manage enterprise customers, relationships, expectations, escalations.
- Navigate complex org structures (Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT).
- Passion for tech solutions, quick learning in growing org.
