Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 base (SF headquarters rate; varies by location) + equity + bonus.

What you will do

• Lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Advise on best practices for contract lifecycle management via reports, metrics, and reminders.
• Design and build customers’ contracting processes in hirify.global.
• Handle challenging conversations, reset expectations, and address product feedback.
• Serve as Voice of Customer, sharing feedback with Product team.
• Identify process improvements and respond to escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 4+ years professional service/consulting in B2B SaaS (integrations preferred)
• Based in NYC, SF, Chicago or surrounding areas
• Expertise in CLM and legal operations processes.
• AI knowledge: understanding limits, prompting expertise, tinkerer mindset.
• Ability to manage enterprise customers, relationships, expectations, escalations.
• Navigate complex org structures (Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT).
• Passion for tech solutions, quick learning in growing org.
