What you will do

• Execute the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and demos to closing and upselling.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Develop professional proposals and negotiate contracts to optimize value and profit margins.
• Manage client records and activity tracking within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Product Team by providing client feedback for product improvement.
• Promote the brand through local industry groups and travel associations, including occasional travel to client locations.

Requirements

• Experience in new business acquisition and managing the full sales cycle.
• Must be based in Costa Rica
• Experience within the SaaS space.
• English: Good level required
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
