TL;DR

Manager, New Business (SaaS): Leading a team of Sales Executives to drive year-over-year sales growth through new logo acquisition and account expansion with an accent on SaaS and Data & Analytics. Focus on developing strategic business plans, coaching sales teams, and fostering C-level client relationships to achieve multimillion-dollar engagements.

Location: Hybrid (Florham Park, New Jersey, USA). Regular office attendance and at least 25% travel required.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Executives to drive YoY revenue growth in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify and capture future growth areas within specific verticals.
  • Set annual sales targets and manage the tracking process, reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Expand strategic relationships with C-level and senior executives to provide higher value to clients.
  • Partner with Business Partners to recruit, build, and develop a top-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of combined selling and sales leadership experience in SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
  • Proven success in driving multimillion-dollar engagements in complex, changing environments.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance in the office (New Jersey) and travel at least 25%.
