What you will do
- Manage high-value North American hotel customer portfolio as primary contact
- Build trust-based relationships via regular touchpoints, business reviews, and proactive outreach
- Provide hospitality expertise-driven recommendations to optimize operations and commercial performance
- Identify upsell opportunities and implement churn reduction strategies for net retention
- Handle escalations, collaborate with Support, Sales, and Product teams for resolutions
- Analyze data trends to boost product engagement and adoption
- Capture customer feedback to influence platform development
Requirements
- 3-5 years hospitality experience in roles like Revenue Manager, Front Desk Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations: revenue management, front desk, reporting, PMS
- Experience in North American hospitality market and regional practices
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and resilience
- Ability to learn tech platforms quickly and explain technical concepts to hoteliers
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects remotely
- Self-motivated for results-driven remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or hospitality tech (PMS, RMS, channel managers)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools
- Work with hotel groups or multi-property portfolios
