What you will do

• Grow a dedicated Estates & Property Management temporary desk across the West region including Bristol, South Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire, and Gloucestershire.
• Recruit for senior white-collar roles such as Asset Managers, Property Managers, Estates Managers, and Building Surveyors.
• Partner with large public sector organisations, including NHS estates, Higher Education, and Central Government.
• Collaborate with the Surveying team across the South to leverage existing client relationships.
• Develop long-term specialist market credibility and strategic growth for the desk.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong drive will be considered.
• Genuine interest in estates, property, surveying, or public-sector infrastructure.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and a strong appetite to own and develop a specialist market.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol.
