Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
• Native Japanese language proficiency or JLPT N1 certification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different stakeholders.
• Proven resilience and a results-driven mindset in a high-pressure environment.
• High level of professionalism and maturity in managing professional relationships.
