TL;DR

IBEN Associate (Education): Supporting talent management for IB educators globally with an accent on assignment to events, recruitment, data maintenance, and compliance. Focus on optimizing educator allocation, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving process improvements through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Location: Hybrid at IB Global Centre, Cardiff, United Kingdom (office presence required one day per week)

Salary: Circa £27,654 per annum

What you will do

• Assign educators to IBEN events within agreed SLAs and share event information with teams.
• Manage IBEN data systems for accuracy, compliance with legal/financial regulations, and IB policies.
• Handle IBEN queries in line with KPIs and support recruitment processes to deliver IB services.
• Provide data for projects, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to planning.
• Ensure application processes meet standards and timelines, sharing feedback for enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in data entry, maintenance, and management with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work with stakeholders, handle queries, and meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and support for talent acquisition.
• Located in or able to work hybrid in Cardiff, UK with office presence one day per week.

Nice to have

• Demonstrable educational experience, ideally in professional development.
• Good working knowledge of IB programmes.
• Ability to work in French and/or Spanish.
