What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and induction.
• Consult with clients to assess specific requirements and respond to job assignments.
• Source candidates via job boards (SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn) and maintain a strong talent database.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews as well as comprehensive reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for blue-collar roles.
• Act as a recruitment and HR partner to clients, ensuring service quality and alignment with KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the Australian market.
• Experience recruiting for blue-collar sectors: oil and gas, mining, engineering, construction, and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., JobAdder) and major job boards.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
