Salary: $125,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships to grow a portfolio to a minimum of $150M.
- Provide agricultural lending services, focusing on producers with financial needs of $5M and greater.
- Coordinate deal teams and financial analysts to structure, approve, and close loans.
- Develop a target list of prospects and maintain detailed CRM documentation on inquiries and referrals.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to increase customer retention and profitability.
- Mentor Financial Analysts in customer relationship building and risk assessment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in relationship management or agricultural lending.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship is not available).
- Ability to analyze risk in financial statements, appraisals, and crop insurance reports.
- Ability to travel regionally more than 50% of the time.
- Completion of advanced credit/risk structuring and relationship sales courses.
