Salary: $125,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural producers to a minimum size of $150M.
- Acquire new clients and provide tailored agricultural lending solutions, primarily for loans of $5M and greater.
- Evaluate customer needs, assess eligibility, and negotiate product solutions using risk analysis.
- Develop strategic networks with appraisers, attorneys, CPAs, and agricultural retailers to generate referrals.
- Collaborate with deal teams and financial analysts to ensure accurate presentation and approval of customer requests.
- Utilize worldwide market research to position the bank as a knowledge provider for agricultural producers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret risk in financial statements, appraisals, and crop insurance reports.
- Completion of advanced credit/risk structuring and relationship sales courses.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel regionally more than 50%.
