Base Salary: $40,000; OTE: $100,000 - $130,000+ (including residuals and bonuses).

What you will do
- Prospect new clients into North America Merchant Services and close deals using tablet-based CRM (Atlas) for presentations, financial analysis, and paperless contracts.
- Visit assigned financial institution branches weekly to build and maintain partnerships, align with branch goals, and drive collaboration.
- Upsell current clients on additional products and services.
- Maintain client records in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes and interactions.
- Attend weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and field rides with District Manager; participate in monthly training and bank meetings.
- Stay updated on product portfolio and financial technology industry trends.
Requirements
- Live in area relative to San Diego, California; valid driver's license required for regular driving to client sites
- Be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
- 4+ years of sales experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Experience with pipeline lead management
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED
- At least two years of relevant experience
