Salary: $135,000-$165,000 USD

What you will do

• Operationalize programs for capacity planning, time to hire, and scheduling to support growing hiring volume.
• Scale recruiting infrastructure by improving documentation, information hygiene, and SOPs.
• Build headcount tracking and on/off-track reporting integrated with financial planning.
• Lead talent engagement initiatives, events, social content, and campaigns in partnership with marketing.
• Act as strategic thought partner to recruiting and business leaders with data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting operations or adjacent experience in scaling environments.
• High-slope operator experienced with systems breaking under growth and building scalable infrastructure.
• Systems thinker comfortable with strategy, execution, autonomy, and influencing stakeholders.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong data hygiene and structured approach to work.
• Experienced with modern recruiting systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
