Salary: $135,000-$165,000 USD

What you will do
- Operationalize programs for capacity planning, time to hire, and scheduling to support growing hiring volume.
- Scale recruiting infrastructure by improving documentation, information hygiene, and SOPs.
- Build headcount tracking and on/off-track reporting integrated with financial planning.
- Lead talent engagement initiatives, events, social content, and campaigns in partnership with marketing.
- Act as strategic thought partner to recruiting and business leaders with data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting operations or adjacent experience in scaling environments.
- High-slope operator experienced with systems breaking under growth and building scalable infrastructure.
- Systems thinker comfortable with strategy, execution, autonomy, and influencing stakeholders.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong data hygiene and structured approach to work.
- Experienced with modern recruiting systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
