What you will do

  • Lead and develop the recruiting team, providing coaching, feedback, and career development.
  • Own recruiting strategy and align hiring plans with headcount forecasts and company priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on role scoping and interview design.
  • Set and manage recruiting KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Elevate employer brand and candidate experience to reflect company values.
  • Champion DEI in hiring and lead executive-level searches.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional recruiting experience in tech companies or high-growth startups.
  • 4+ years of experience directly managing recruiting teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record leading full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong data fluency and experience using recruiting dashboards to influence stakeholders.
  • Deep experience with structured hiring practices and consistent decision-making frameworks.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, Brighthire, or Modernloop.
