What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, setting clear expectations and owning their growth.
• Manage the operating model, including capacity planning, hiring forecasts, and budget, to align with business priorities.
• Utilize data for decision-making and storytelling, tracking metrics and identifying trends.
• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, anticipating hiring needs and shaping strategy.
• Translate abstract business goals into clear, executable recruiting plans.
• Improve recruiting processes, interviewer training, and tools to enhance hiring quality and speed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and senior stakeholders, managing expectations and influencing decisions.
• Strong operational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in the U.S.
