What you will do

• Develop creative strategies to find recruiting alpha and engage top-tier talent for the organization.
• Experiment with AI tools and automations to increase sourcing efficiency for hiring managers and recruiters.
• Craft compelling outreach copy and design drip campaigns and conversation starters.
• Build and scale internal referral programs to leverage the existing network of employees.
• Research and map new geographies, industries, and roles to support company expansion.
• Analyze and optimize funnel metrics from initial touchpoint to offer acceptance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting within high-growth tech environments.
• Proven creativity in generating high-converting outreach copy and sourcing ideas.
• High level of tenacity and the ability to build a function from scratch.
• Strong tinkering prowess and adaptability to rapidly changing tools and workflows.
• Location: Must be based in New York
