What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy 12-month pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Navigate complex 6–12 month SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering teams to advance the sales process.
  • Lead RFP processes, including preparing proposals, reports, and negotiating contracts.
  • Utilize Salesforce for activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience (EdTech, HCM, or eLearning preferred).
  • Proven experience selling to C-level decision-makers in the mid-market segment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including travel between the US and Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or education-related field recommended.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of corporate e-learning or training organization industry.
  • Experience using AI tools to achieve business goals.
