Salary: $90,000 — $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy 12-month pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Navigate complex 6–12 month SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering teams to advance the sales process.
- Lead RFP processes, including preparing proposals, reports, and negotiating contracts.
- Utilize Salesforce for activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 5+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience (EdTech, HCM, or eLearning preferred).
- Proven experience selling to C-level decision-makers in the mid-market segment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including travel between the US and Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or education-related field recommended.
