What you will do

• Establish and lead a Global Center of Excellence (CoE) for training operations, governance, tooling, and analytics.
• Design and operationalize a scalable hub-and-spoke operating model balancing global consistency with regional execution.
• Drive AI-enabled operational transformation through automation, intelligent workflow design, and operational telemetry.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Commercialization teams to improve forecasting rigor and utilization visibility.
• Build globally consistent operational governance across planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Lead the global adoption of standardized workflows and AI-enabled operating practices across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Enablement Operations, or Operational Transformation in high-growth global tech companies.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise operating models and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled operational transformation initiatives, including automation and scalable process design.
• Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, revenue operations, and business performance drivers.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and executive-level communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global technologies or other analytics platforms and data workflows.
• Experience implementing AI and automation solutions within operational workflows at scale.
• Exposure to audit processes, SOX readiness, or public-company operational and financial controls.
