Finance Systems & Automations Manager

What you will do

• Design and build integrations, automations, and agent-driven workflows across Finance, Accounting, People Operations, and Recruiting.
• Translate business processes into scalable automated solutions and lead implementations from requirements through deployment and validation.
• Automate candidate-to-employee transitions and employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Build approval flows and data synchronization across People, Finance, Recruiting, payroll, HRIS, and provisioning systems.
• Establish workflow design, monitoring, error-handling, documentation, and maintainability practices.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure reliable data foundations and support adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building integrations and automation workflows across business systems.
• Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows, LLM APIs, or agent-driven systems.
• Experience designing employee lifecycle workflows covering hiring, onboarding, management, and offboarding.
• Experience integrating finance systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, independent execution, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Workato certification.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Deel, or Workday.
• Experience with People and Recruiting systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse.
• Experience designing production-ready agentic workflows with validation, retries, and guardrails.

• Base salary range of $165,600–$207,000 USD, with eligible roles potentially including equity.
