Software Engineer II - Fulfillments Team (AI)

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and ship fulfillment and servicing features covering refunds, replacements, reverse logistics, and related workflows.
• Own features end to end, from design and implementation through deployment, release, and monitoring.
• Develop scalable, event-driven, AI-native applications and production AI/agentic features with attention to quality and safety.
• Build single-page applications and manage client and server state in partnership with product designers.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and platform teams on system design, risks, tradeoffs, refactoring, observability, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with product, design, operations, delivery, solutions, support, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building production systems on AWS, including serverless applications.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM features to production and using AI developer tooling daily.
• Strong understanding of API design, versioning, idempotency, backward compatibility, and event-driven money movement or fulfillment systems.
• Experience with production single-page applications, modern state management, data modeling, and context engineering for agentic features.
• Must be able to work remotely from the US; immigration-related sponsorship is not provided.
