What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise software implementation projects and multi-stream programs from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain strong governance, risk management, and commercial oversight across all engagements.
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for executive and senior customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities, including delivery planning, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Mentor project team members and contribute to the improvement of delivery practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering complex enterprise software or SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven capability in program governance, including risk and commercial management.
• Experience managing large-scale customer engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging at the executive and steering committee level.
• Background in consulting, technology, SaaS, or government/regulated industry environments.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certifications are highly regarded.
