What you will do
- Manage the delivery, installation, and integration of engineered solutions for industrial and manufacturing clients.
- Conduct constructability reviews of designs and provide strategic input to engineering teams.
- Develop construction strategies, execution plans, site safety plans, and contracting plans.
- Oversee project cost, schedule, and the daily supervision of construction and technical resources.
- Coordinate project mobilization and successful turnover for annual construction volumes of $15MM to $20MM.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Lead in industrial manufacturing construction and project management.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (eligible for US-based benefits).
- Proficiency in engineering tools for developing project schedules, budgets, and tracking milestones.
- Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily within the Tech Triangle Region.
