What you will do

• Orchestrate cross-functional B2B Growth Marketing management system for strategy, execution, and metrics alignment to hit annual goals.
• Lead product launches by aligning development timelines with messaging, sales materials, and campaign execution.
• Manage campaign execution processes across the business in alignment with lead and product launch goals.
• Build and maintain sales enablement repository including pitch decks, collateral, battlecards, and demo scripts.
• Operationalize Member Growth lifecycle marketing strategies, track progress, surface risks, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Brand Marketing to scope, produce, and deliver creative and content assets for GTM initiatives.
• Champion AI-forward workflows to automate routine tasks and boost productivity and ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing project management, ideally in high-growth B2B, healthcare, or FinTech.
• PMP or Agile Marketing certification highly preferred.
• Deep experience with unified work management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborative leadership with soft power to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to pivot quickly based on market momentum or performance data.
