Salary: $66,600 - $100,000 (dependent on education, experience, location, and certifications)

What you will do

• Conduct on-site Property Condition Assessments per ASTM, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae requirements
• Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments following ASTM E1527 standards
• Collect and document data using web-based programs, tablets, and photographic evidence
• Review construction plans, specifications, and maintenance records for compliance
• Write professional PCA/ESA reports tailored to client scopes
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with proactive communication and travel to client sites across the U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in architecture or related engineering field
• Environmental Professional per 40 CFR § 312.10
• 5+ years in architecture, structural/mechanical/civil engineering, or construction/cost estimating
• 3+ years performing multifamily property inspections
• 2+ years conducting similar work for financial institutions
• Frequent regional travel (50-75%), valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle; physical demands including lifting 50 lbs, climbing, crawling
• Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, building systems, codes, and standards
• Exceptional writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
