Location: Hybrid (2 days in office/3 days remote) in South Orange County, CA or remote out of state with travel required to Southern California office 1-2 times a year

Compensation: $90K to $100K annual salary with an additional annual bonus

What you will do

• Deliver superior customer service supporting all hirify.global software products
• Gather customer information via phone, email, and conferencing to provide solutions
• Test software for quality at releases and development checkpoints
• Write technical engineering specifications for the product development team
• Provide hand calculations to validate software functionality
• Write clear technical documentation for customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE license required
• 3+ years structural design engineering experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Experience with hirify.global product suite preferred
