What you will do

• Finalize project scope in collaboration with clients, senior management, and sales representatives.
• Develop project schedules and allocate resources by collaborating with solution architects and technical SMEs.
• Establish communication plans and maintain project repositories in SharePoint to document all activities.
• Execute project plans and proactively manage and mitigate risks throughout the project duration.
• Forecast, monitor, and manage budgeted versus actual project costs.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience with strong familiarity with the SDLC.
• Experience managing medium-to-large projects using Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• Must be based in Canada (Hybrid or Home-based).
• Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Visio, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo or other Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
