What you will do

• Develop and lead business development strategies, prepare presentations, and drive client negotiations.
• Build and manage client relationships, conduct training, and oversee rate structures.
• Lead multi-disciplinary team of consultants to achieve revenue, efficiency, and profit targets; coach and mentor team members.
• Manage incoming jobs including scope, timelines, budgets; coordinate execution across teams.
• Prepare technical expert reports, select methodologies for claim assessments, and review RFPs/job submissions.
• Write articles for publication and represent company at industry events.

Requirements

• United States location; able to travel up to 25% and work at client sites.
• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (MS a plus).
• Previous management experience; experience in project controls/project management on major capital construction projects.
• Insurance claims experience specific to Delay Start-Up and Builders Risk (Business Interruption).
• Contractual dispute experience; sectors including onshore/offshore construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, renewables.
• Proficient in scheduling software, Microsoft Office; technical writing and testifying experience.
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification a plus; recognized industry leader.
