Salary: $105,700 - $149,275

What you will do
- Lead and manage regional teams to execute growth strategies and maximize defined contribution plan participation and assets.
- Drive the adoption of products, including Managed Accounts through Advisory Services.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Ensure adherence to service models, corporate policies, and regulatory/fiduciary standards as a Supervising Principal.
- Build strong partnerships with regional personnel and plan sponsor representatives to carry out strategic initiatives.
- Analyze and control expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- FINRA 6, 63, 26 & 65 registrations required within corporate timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to influence others and drive behavioral change to exceed corporate goals.
- FINRA fingerprinting required.
Nice to have
- Previous management experience.
- Deep knowledge of the defined contribution industry and associated products.
- Financial services designations such as CFP, ChFC, CRC, or CRPC.
