Salary: $105,700 - $149,275

What you will do

• Lead and manage regional teams to execute growth strategies and maximize defined contribution plan participation and assets.
• Drive the adoption of hirify.global products, including Managed Accounts through Advisory Services.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Ensure adherence to service models, corporate policies, and regulatory/fiduciary standards as a Supervising Principal.
• Build strong partnerships with regional personnel and plan sponsor representatives to carry out strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and control expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• FINRA 6, 63, 26 & 65 registrations required within corporate timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to influence others and drive behavioral change to exceed corporate goals.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Nice to have

• Previous management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the defined contribution industry and associated products.
• Financial services designations such as CFP, ChFC, CRC, or CRPC.
