Location: Remote (US-based, E-Verify participation)

Salary: Starting at $120,000/year + 10% bonus

What you will do

  • Own marketing technology stack, data flows, and automation across demand generation, ABM, and revenue operations.
  • Build and execute 12-month roadmap including tech audits, ABM account scoring, and AI workflow deployments.
  • Develop attribution models, executive dashboards, and scalable infrastructure for 2,000+ target accounts.
  • Drive precision targeting for C-suite buyers in compliance-sensitive senior living vertical.
  • Act as force multiplier for small marketing team through strategic and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM engineering
  • Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven end-to-end ABM program buildout and tracking
  • Strong data skills: attribution modeling, dashboard construction, BI tool fluency
  • Active AI practitioner using LLMs, automation tools, and AI platforms daily
  • Builder track record with before/after examples of programs built from scratch

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM platforms (RollWorks, 6sense, Demandbase)
  • Familiarity with intent data providers
  • Experience in relationship-driven verticals, senior care/healthcare, or workforce management
  • Supporting small marketing teams
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation scripts
