Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 a year + 10% bonus

What you will do

  • Own quarterly and annual pipeline targets aligned to sales quota, including marketing-sourced contributions and forecasting with weekly variance reporting.
  • Partner with sales on Top 100 and Mid-Market ABM account plans, running integrated quarterly planning for targets, plays, channels, content, and measurement.
  • Set team operating rhythm with weekly pipeline reviews, bi-weekly retrospectives, and monthly performance reviews; deploy AI agents for account briefing, content atomization, pipeline hygiene, and workflow audit.
  • Drive marketing-sales alignment via feedback loops, SFDC Engagement Cockpit rules, SAL-to-SQL accountability, and Acceleration Plan execution.
  • Manage day-to-day tech stack including HubSpot, HG Insights, ZoomInfo Marketing, Metadata.io, and SFDC; evaluate new AI tools quarterly.
  • Lead direct reports across Campaign Management, Paid Media, Content Operations, and Field Marketing, establishing cadence, accountability, and mentoring.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with 4+ years owning pipeline as primary metric
  • Direct experience running ABM-first marketing at B2B enterprise software company ($50M-$300M ARR)
  • Proven track record managing 5+ marketing professionals across campaign, paid, content, field specialties
  • Demonstrated SAL-to-SQL or equivalent funnel-conversion improvement at scale
  • Deep fluency in SFDC, HubSpot (or equiv. MAP), HG Insights/6sense/Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Metadata.io or equiv. ABM tools
  • Demonstrated AI/agent fluency with built/operated AI workflows delivering productivity/quality lift
  • Experience partnering with sales/SDR leadership on shared pipeline accountability

Nice to have

  • Legal tech, ELM, CLM, or adjacent enterprise B2B experience
  • Experience shifting from MQL to account-engagement model
  • Prior experience with Reddit Ads, programmatic content syndication, or emerging channels
  • Experience in CRO-led GTM organization
