Location: Los Angeles, California, United States. Frequent travel within assigned territory required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and identify potential clients in engineering, construction, or consulting industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and manage multiple projects under general supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in business development or consultative sales, preferably in engineering, construction, or consulting
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills to work independently and manage time
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
