Location: Remote, candidate must be located in the Arkansas territory (AR, United States)

What you will do

  • Jointly call on end users with sales teams to deliver energy solutions and support sales efforts.
  • Develop distribution channels through planning, technical training, and relationship building.
  • Create and execute territory business plans to exceed sales forecasts and grow market share.
  • Build customer relationships for repeat business, prioritize top accounts, and penetrate new markets via cold calling.
  • Train end users on products via presentations and sessions, provide quotations, and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Area Manager on top accounts and align activities with strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years outside sales experience selling technical or industrial products; STEAM experience preferred
  • Ability to conduct boardroom-style presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license; must be familiar and based in the Arkansas market
