What you will do
- Lead a team of outbound SMB Sales Reps to create qualified opportunities for the net new sales team.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors.
- Create and maintain CRM dashboards to report on key metrics and team efficiency.
- Accurately forecast team and individual quota attainment.
- Identify and implement new processes to improve team output.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 4+ years of related sales experience, with SDR/BDR IC experience preferred.
- 1+ year of previous IC management experience.
- Expert level knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, and other sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
