Salary: $52,125 to $76,450 (United States), plus performance bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new merchant businesses in assigned territory to grow the network.
  • Conduct daily field visits, attend local events, and nurture relationships with industry insiders.
  • Manage full sales cycle using in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Hit monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets while tracking metrics in Salesforce.
  • Act as local market expert to spot untapped opportunities aligned with customer demand.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills.
  • Full-cycle sales expertise, B2B negotiation, and time management.
  • Proven quota attainment in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with flexibility for evolving territories and heavy travel.
