What you will do

  • Own and execute repeatable member acquisition strategies using hirify.global and customer channels to meet growth goals.
  • Build deep strategic relationships with employer and health plan partners to co-create member reach and engagement strategies.
  • Influence lifecycle management for onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns throughout the member care journey.
  • Develop and execute paid and owned acquisition strategies with an explore/expand approach across channels.
  • Collaborate with CS, Product, Brand Marketing, and other teams to align efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and derive insights to optimize channel mix, messaging, and budgets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally in healthcare, health-tech, or B2B2C.
  • Customer-facing experience finding mutually beneficial solutions in collaborative and challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in architecting and scaling programs in Marketing Automation Platforms like Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, or Braze with hands-on campaign building.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel campaigns: email/SMS/push, paid social, search, content marketing, organic growth.
  • Ability to translate business goals into marketing roadmaps, design scalable systems, and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring marketing analytics and deriving insights from complex datasets.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth startup environment.
  • Proficiency using SQL in BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Previous experience in B2B2C, healthcare tech, or fintech.
