What you will do

• Manage new product features and pilot programs to drive GTM strategy.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives to ensure timely GTM launches and partnership activations.
• Monitor competitors and healthcare trends to produce strategic briefs and battle cards.
• Create B2B case studies that translate data into ROI-focused narratives.
• Develop and manage a centralized repository of high-impact sales collateral and pitch decks.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B/B2B2C marketing with a focus on product marketing and sales enablement.
• Experience in complex sectors such as healthcare, FinTech, SaaS, or employee benefits.
• Ability to consolidate qualitative data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Track record of resolving project risks and moving initiatives from conception to completion.
• Strong storytelling skills to simplify complex technical or financial concepts.
• Must be based in the United States.
