What you will do

• Build and maintain messaging guide including personas, pains, value props, and proof points.
• Partner with writers and marketing to ensure consistent narrative across ad copy, landing pages, and emails.
• Audit funnels and campaigns for consistency, optimizing hooks, proof, and CTAs.
• Interview customers for case studies and social proof to align marketing with real pains.
• Support sales and product teams with decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product marketing, content strategy, or conversion copy leadership, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B services.
• Strong portfolio of landing pages, ad copy, messaging frameworks.
• Comfort working hands-on with writing and editing.
• Ability to think big picture on positioning and details on headlines.
• Curiosity about startups, finance, and how growing companies buy services.
