What you will do

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across website, sales collateral, and campaigns.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product releases and feature launches, including ICPs, personas, and success metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and agency partners for flawless execution.
  • Maintain competitive landscape analysis and deliver insights influencing messaging, launches, and product strategy.
  • Create sales enablement assets like pitch decks, battlecards, and demo narratives; support sales training.
  • Shape Product Marketing function, mentor hires, and manage agency partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or adjacent B2B enterprise markets, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success building narratives, leading launches, and driving revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; experience in competitive intelligence, market analysis, persona development.
  • Executive presence to influence without authority; deep cross-functional partnering.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
