What you will do

• Own and evolve the operating model, driving process changes, standards, and governance adoption.
• Lead OKR framework, quarterly goal-setting, tracking, and reviews across functions.
• Manage M&A framework from due diligence to post-acquisition stabilization.
• Drive annual planning with Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Design leadership syncs, QBRs, board reporting, and strategic initiative governance.
• Build KPI performance reporting on ARR, NRR, NPS, delivery speed, and productivity.

Requirements

• 12+ years in finance, business operations, strategic planning, or performance management; 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven track record leading OKR/MBO frameworks and operating rhythms in B2B SaaS or tech companies
• Proven track record in accretive acquisitions
• Strong financial acumen with experience in annual planning, budgeting, and QBRs
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
• Experience in utility, infrastructure, or damage prevention sectors strongly preferred
• Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
