What you will do

• Define and execute strategic vision, operating model, and growth roadmap for WC and MVA service lines aligned with business objectives.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and manage WC & MVA claims efficiently, analyzing trends and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide executive oversight of operational performance, ensuring revenue targets, client outcomes, and efficiency goals are met.
• Lead capacity planning, organizational design, resource allocation, and process standardization for scalability and profitability.
• Champion continuous improvement, compliance with regulations and HIPAA, and cross-functional collaboration for innovation.
• Mentor senior leadership, drive culture of accountability, and provide executive reporting on performance and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
• 10–15 years in revenue cycle management, with 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing complex claims including WC and MVA.
• Demonstrated success leading large operational teams, driving financial performance, and cross-functional influence.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, payer behavior, reimbursement methodologies, and analytical skills.
• Experience in process improvement, transformation initiatives, private equity, or M&A preferred.
• Timely and regular attendance; ability to perform essential duties.
