What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic advisor and operational thought partner to the President & CCO.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Commercial, Product, Finance, and Strategy on GTM motions, pricing, and customer segmentation.
• Oversee mechanisms to track commercial performance, pipeline health, and forecasting rigor.
• Design and manage strategic leadership meeting architecture, including Revenue LT and QBRs.
• Champion AI-driven optimization and intelligent workflow automation within the Commercial organization.
• Provide strategic input on organizational design, incentive structures, and planning cycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior operations, consulting, revenue strategy, or CoS roles in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
• Proven success supporting C-level executives in scaling commercial organizations.
• Strong commercial fluency in pipeline management, GTM strategy, and revenue forecasting.
• Deep experience with OKR frameworks, operating cadences, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Must be based in the US (specifically NYC, SF, DC, or Seattle).
